Dr. Tyson Beale is a leading higher educational professional with progressive experiences in student affairs administration. As the founder of PathwaysFwd.com he leads an educational consortium that provides training and development for k-16 stakeholders and business professionals. Dr. Beale is vested to the progression of students, families and the community. As a parent and long-standing educator he is devoted to Imagine School’s core principles and values.

David Beck is Imagine Lincoln’s Operations board member. David is highly involved with Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics (STEM/STEAM) for over 20 years, most notably working with US FIRST the largest robotics engineering and mentor non-profit in the country in various leadership technical position since 2013. Mr. Beck served as Director of Technology, founding board member 2018 and recently as Chairman of Board for Aviation Youth Mentorship Program, Inc. a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit out of Washington, DC encouraging youths in avionics and math and science careers. Since 2016-2019 (3- year commitment) chosen as a committee member for the American Association for the Advancement of Science and notably the chair for the 2018 Fellowship selection, Executive Branch Committee. Mr. Beck continues this effort through his tech company Autonomous Directive Ventures and his technical management position presently within the U.S. Department of Defense. Recently, David was selected by the United States Selective Service as Regional Board Member for State of Maryland in 2017, authorized and selected by Office of the President, and the Governor of Maryland. Mr. Beck is also a executive board member of M.I.T. Enterprise Forum Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD serving to help start-ups and tech companies collaborate in the DC Region. Also in continuing his efforts to engage science and innovation Mr. Beck also is chosen for various committee speaking engagements across the region and country. David graduated with Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from University of Southern Mississippi, where he chaired science and innovative engineering teams as underclassmen. He continued his education with Masters of Business Administration in Marketing. Mr. Beck also is currently enrolled at University of New York at Buffalo pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Mr. Beck also hold certifications in Six Sigma and Information Technology.
